Petra Sprekos first met Teresa Sperti, Founder of Artkic Fox, nearly 15 years ago. Since that time they have hoped to lead something unique together. Enter: Arktic Fox!
Arktic Fox is pleased to announce that Petra Sprekos has joined us on a full time basis as Co-Founder & Director. Petra's knowledge and experience is not new to Arktic Fox. She has been working with us on a freelance basis for a couple of years, across a variety of FMCG and retail projects, and is also a regular facilitator for our digital and data masterclass.
A little about Petra
Petra’s career began in a family real estate agency at the age of 16. Since then she has held various roles across a number of digital marketplaces, including household brands such as carsales.com.au, not-for-profit organisations including education and membership, and scale-up & growing marketplaces such as realestateview.com.au & tech based labour hire firm Sidekicker (owned by Seek Ltd).
Petra brings great passion and energy - specialising in connecting new technology with creativity and innovation to achieve impressive commercial outcomes. Her extensive experience in leading complex change across sales, digital product and marketing teams has seen her transform and scale sizable operations and develop strategy & executional plans to grow both capability and revenues significantly.
Petra holds a Master of Business in Entrepreneurship, is a juggling being mum of 2, loves volunteering, fundraising, bush-walking, and encouraging women into leadership roles.
Expansion of Arktic Fox's offering
Having worked client side for more than 20 years across sales & operations, marketing, digital product and media roles, Petra not only bolsters Arktic Fox's current offering around eCommerce, MarTech, data and digital transformation, but her wealth of experience is enabling Arktic Fox to expand its services to include sales and operations transformation. In addition, Arktic Fox has also expanded its offering to encompass areas of experience strategy development including personalisation strategy, lifecycle strategy and more.
