Arktic Fox has developed 2 unique programs to help teams upskill and build capability in personalisation. The first is a half-day personalisation training program which helps teams challenge their thinking and understand best practice in personalisation. The second is a 2-day program that combines the learning component with workshops - known as a learnshop - to help brands take the learnings and build (or evolve) their personalisation strategy.
Personalisation is high on the agenda for many, but many brands are still struggling to deliver a personalised experience that matches and delivers on consumer expectations. Often capability is a key challenge. Will I need to undertake any work outside of the training or learnshop programs?
Yes, there is a pre-program exercise for those undertaking the training, and a pre-program exercise as well as insights and research required for those undertaking the learnshop.

What will we end up with at the end of the program?
