Personalisation is high on the agenda for many, but many brands are still struggling to deliver a personalised experience that matches and delivers on consumer expectations. Often capability is a key challenge.
In fact, our 2024 Digital, Marketing & eComm study found that 59% of brands feel their capability lags the market, despite personalisation being high on the agenda for most. Often personalisation can be planned in siloes and the programs allow teams to build a customer first mindset to effectively tackle personalisation and to think about personalisation more holistically.
Arktic Fox has developed 2 unique programs to help teams upskill and build capability in personalisation. The first is a half-day personalisation training program which helps teams challenge their thinking and understand best practice in personalisation. The second is a 2-day program that combines the learning component with workshops - known as a learnshop - to help brands take the learnings and build (or evolve) their personalisation strategy.

As a part of the learnshop, teams will build or evolve their personalisation strategy which focuses on defining ambition, goals, use cases for personalisation, data and tech requirements and roadmap.
Arktic Fox undertakes preliminary insights gathering upfront to ensure the personalisation strategy is grounded in insight and what matters most to customers.
All outputs are documented for the client and provided post sessions in a wrap pack.

Will I need to undertake any work outside of the training or learnshop programs?
Yes, there is a pre-program exercise for those undertaking the training, and a pre-program exercise as well as insights and research required for those undertaking the learnshop.
What tools will I be provided with?
Both programs will provide a series of frameworks and tools that can be re-used over time within your organisation.
What will we end up with at the end of the program?
For those undertaking the full learnshop, you will be provided with a wrap-up pack that contains documented ambitions, goals, personalisation use cases, moments that matter, a roadmap and enablement considerations.
