Teresa Sperti is a Customer and Digital leader whose career spans nearly 25 years in industry working for leading brands including Coles, Officeworks and World Vision - amongst others. She is a leading expert and trusted advisor in the Australian digital, customer data and eCommerce communities. As an executive, Teresa has had extensive experience in the privacy arena - leading compliance and ethics programs from within organisations. As a Non Executive Director for BIG4 Holidays Parks and a member for the Audit and Risk committee, she also brings a wealth of knowledge of how to balance risk of data utilisation whilst leveraging data for growth. Teresa was named a top 20 CMO in Australia in recent years. Arktic Fox has partnered with an array of CPG and FMCG brands including Bega, Brownes Dairy, Moose Toys and more to develop their eCommerce strategy and support build of capability within their organisations.
Sharon is a seasoned strategic marketing leader, with over 20 years' experience in the FMCG space. Sharon brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from the beverage category, having held various roles with CUB, Lion and now Bega Drinks & Dairy. As the Marketing Director of Bega Drinks & Dairy, Sharon leads a multi-disciplinary brand and marketing team, and has been driving transformational change and adoption of eCommerce alongside her sales and shopper counterparts.
Paul Brooks is the GM of Coles 360, the retail media offering for Coles Group. Paul is an experienced Executive with a demonstrated history of working in retail media, media, marketing and the advertising industry. He believes that as business continues to change at pace, a modern and dynamic leadership style is required with a focus on agility, people focused cultures, vision and exceptional emotional intelligence. Retail media is one of the most dynamic and exciting sectors and is about to experience a period of exceptional growth, and Paul wants Coles 360 to be leading the charge.
