A structured, facilitated engagement designed to help leaders define or pressure-test strategy. Offered as a 3 day engagement which consists of context building, strategising and finessing.
3 DAYS - ACROSS 3-4 WEEKS
SCOPED
For projects where deeper diagnostics are involved and unique problems are proposed. Typically be applied for operating model design, marTech recommendations, loyalty program design, digital shelf assessments.
