Transformation isn’t easy, nor is it linear. Marketing and digital leaders are being challenged to drive growth, embed customer centricity and drive digital adoption - and they are expected do so whilst trying to transform how they operate as a function.

This one-of-a-kind program guides leaders to build out their own unique marketing transformation plan, with the added opportunity to stress test and validate their strategy with a leading transformation professional. It will also enable leaders to remain focussed and accountable for the development of a clear transformation agenda and provide them with opportunities to discuss key challenges, while learning from peers in a safe environment.

Teresa Sperti

This program is led by the highly seasoned and regarded Teresa Sperti. A Customer and Digital leader with over 20 years’ experience working for leading brands including Coles, Officeworks and World Vision amongst others. Teresa most recently spearheaded the transformation of the marketing function at World Vision. During her tenure she led a team of over 70 people across analytics, data, digital, experience, content and more.

 

Teresa’s leadership in the digital, product and customer space has delivered substantial growth and transformative change for organisations in rapidly evolving markets. A thought leader within the Australian Marketing industry, Teresa regularly presents at conferences and events on a diverse range of topics including customer experience, data,  marketing technology and leadership.

Teresa is the founder of Arktic Fox, an advisory and learning organisation specialising in customer transformation and growth and is a Non-Executive Director of BIG4 Holiday Parks. She possesses deep expertise and knowledge in data, digital and customer experience and has led transformation change in large organisations.

Teresa was named in the top 20 CMOs in Australia in 2018 which recognises Australia's most innovative and effective marketing leaders in the country.

frequently asked questions

Will I need to undertake any work outside of the program?

The program is designed to focus your efforts to develop a clear transformation strategy and plan. Prior to commencing the program, participants are asked to view the online learning materials in preparation for the 8-week program which takes approximately 3 hours.
During the program you will be undertaking a series of activities to build out your marketing transformation strategy through our proprietary canvas tool.  

Is this a training course?

The Marketing Transformation Accelerator Program is not a training course. It is a program designed to help marketing and digital  leaders accelerate their marketing transformation efforts within their specific organisation. Whilst the program provides learning materials, the focus is for leaders to accelerate their marketing transformation efforts through building a robust strategy and plan.

When will the fortnightly facilitated sessions take place?

The facilitated sessions will take place fortnightly on Tuesdays, from Tuesday, 3 May until Tuesday, 31 May 2022, with the final wrap up session taking place on Tuesday, 21 June 2022. All session will take place from 9am AEST and will and run for 90 minutes.

In which week will the planning and validation sessions occur?

1:1 sessions would run across weeks 5 & 6 (week commencing 6 or 13 June 2022) and times will be booked to suit attendees availability.

What tools will I be provided with? 

You will be provided with tools to assess your current state, build your marketing transformation strategy and learning materials. All tools and content will be provided prior to commencement. 

Are bookings refundable or transferable?

Due to limited places on the program, Arktic Fox is unable to refund bookings. Bookings are however able to be transferred to another individual to attend the program on your behalf.  

What technology will I need to undertake the program? 

The online program is facilitated via Zoom. We recommend you download the zoom app onto your laptop or desktop prior to commencement of the program.
